Big maths focus this week. Also performance management cycle with RE lesson obs in Year 6.
Mon - PA started as extra maths support for ER.
Lesson observations.
Tue - CM in to work with Year 4 on calculation policy and also how we plan across three groups.
Met with CM after school to go through training for Thur and Fri.
Met with KK re PM feedback and also maths feedback.
Wed - used time to collect all the maths resources across Year groups for the training on Thur and Fri. GW worked with me for reprographics.
Unpacked new maths resources.
Thur - KS1 teaching assistant training on number. After school INSET on problem solving for all staff.
Fri - KS2 teaching assistant training on number. We also have external TAs attending on both days.
