Came into school 3/1/14 to set up hall for INSET.
6/1/14 - Maths INSET day led by CM
Morning session - multiplication and division - practical ideas and building up to written methods.
Afternoon session - planning, steps to success, planning proforma, pitch, cycle of teaching.
7/1/14 - Staff meeting time used to consolidate using maths resources introduced at the INSET day. met with Yr 3 staff about how to plan using proforma.
8/1/14 - met with KK to discuss Yr 6 predictions for SATs. Met with KK to discuss progress last term and next steps with CM
KK has said that this term is to be one of consolidation for maths. The priority is Yr 6 and their progress. CM will come in on 6/2/14 and not again until the summer term where the priority will be a scheme of work for the NC.
10/1/14 - new evaluation pack of maths has arrived to trial (ant.) New Level 5 - 6 compendium has arrived to integrate into AC's maths group.
