Agenda

-          Review INSET purpose (Share plan)

-          Plan is fine. AC to feedback key monitoring to year groups before INSET. AC to buy resources and send agenda to CM

-          Budget – ordering for INSET and beyond. £ x over then year for resources

-          Feedback from book scrutiny of last year’s books –

-          Copied key areas to develop and passed onto RG as focus of SDP

-          Curriculum targets for this year start from November on calculations from the policy.

-          All teachers to review their own continuity tests.

-          Maths IEPs

-          Hold horses until after Nov – RG to receive inset on maths SEN criteria.

-          Reflection on results from last year. Do I need to do FSM?

-          MA has done FSM. Wait on new tracking system

-          Purpose of 5^th Nov with CM – calculations policy and action plan

-          Plan for INSET 6^th Jan - TBC
