Monday - photocopied resources for KK on mastery course


Tuesday - used maths time to trial the rising stars assessments.
Put together hand outs for staff on mastery.
Met with bursar over maths order.
Put new maths order into KK on mental arithmetic.
Met with KK after school on mastery and the new book trawl schedule.


Wednesday
Put INSET resources in for copying.
Emailed CENTS for with agenda points.
SLT and MLT meeting after school on an array of subject and year group issues.
Gave KK timetable update and values for Year 6.
Looked at INSET schedule for first day back.


Thursday - Parents eve.


Friday - met with KK briefly.




Half term


Worked on on-going issues

- intervention schedule.
- new curriculum maths planning

Week beginning 12th October

Monday - met with RF after school to talk about continuity tests, inspire, SAeTs and issues in Year 2.


Tuesday - after school met with KK about maths ( Yr 4, Yr 2, next steps and ordering.


Wednesday - after school briefing re: p2p and HM visit.


Thursday - morning training ( maths) at Swanshurst school. Looked through mastery documents.


Weekend - collated and reviewed work from training to share with KK.

Week Beg 5th Oct

Tue - met with KK about training for next week and booked it.
It  maths time set up the new assessment grids for Yr 2 and Yr 6 and gave out the resources.
Put in for re-order of test base.


Wed - planned use of new assessment in Year 6 for Aut 1
Prepared the SEN files for parents evening


Thur - met with RS to review the SEN files for two pupils.


Friday - met with BH before school.
Wrote up findings and expected solutions over the weekend.

Week Beg 28th September

Peer to Peer review week


Monday - prepared books to put out for peer to peer. Looked over data for meetings. SLT support after school.
Met with KK about amendments to staff meeting.


Tuesday - used maths time for p2p prep and also to start giving out the new maths order. Maths lesson observation in Year 6.


Wednesday - met with AB re incident on Tuesday and RG to clarify.

Week Beginning 21st September

Mon - Checked off  the new order for maths to give out at a later date.


Tue - used time to prepare Year 6 maths for peer to peer review and INSET work.


Thurs - additional time out of class to prepare resources / ppt for INSET.


Friday and weekend - work with Team year six to prepare for review. Met with SLT about expectations and areas to prepare for p2p review.
