Thur - KS1 TA training on early number. 4 external people joined us
Staff meeting - Problem Solving INSET
Fri KS2 TA training on early number. 1 external person joined us.
Put all links and hand-outs from training on staff common.
Weekend - looked at action plan.

Residential trip from Wed - Fri and therefore no release time.
Monday - Met with KK about training next week and when to book CM in next.
Tuesday - Prepared resources to be copied for training. Put in continuity tests to be copied and sent out memo.
Rest of week out of school.

Maths focus this week!
Monday - meeting with KK afterschool setting the next steps in maths and discussing expectations of maths action plan and year group action plan.
Wednesday - Day with CM.
Shared results.
Worked on training agenda for September and October. Listed resources.
Looked at medium term planning.
Reviewed action plan from last year and redrafted plan for this year.
Thursday
Prepared some of the resources for copying for training.
Gave info to KK to check before copying.
Weekend
Looked at resources (3D to be bought)
Finished power-points and agendas.

Looked at data from previous year, the data for our new cohort, organised groupings for maths and maths interventions.

Afterschool meeting with KK about leading year groups, action plans, data and SDP.
Wednesday -
Met with KK twice about
-meeting to discuss subject needs and action plan.
-booking CM to come into school
- use of MPu
- collating timetable for MPU.
Led afterschool Pupil Progress Meeting with Year group.
